The story
A steel vault door with three code drums. Dial in any three digits and press Try Code. The drums spin and stop one by one on the secret code, and a lamp lights for every digit in its right place. One match pays x2, two pay x12, and all three turn the wheel, swing the door open and show the gold inside for x150.
